Merchandising Manager

About the Role Develop product availability management plans that are in line with established strategies to support the achievement of sales targets.

Job Description : Continuously monitor performance results (sales, profit, product, inventory, people development, work processes) to design promotional programs that can drive increased sales. Coordinate with vendors regarding the availability of quality products ready to supply to ensure that needed products are available according to demand and on time. Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure ordered products meet specifications, quality, price, and productivity requirements. Manage contracts or cooperation agreements with vendors, ensuring each clause supports the company's strategy to increase sales. Design merchandising programs (display arrangements, ongoing promotions/programs, rebate programs, management by channel & SKU, product quantity and quality) implemented across all stores to support maximum sales.

Qualification : Bachelor degree of Business Management / Marketing. Minimum 3 years as Merchandising Manager handle Brand International. Knowledge & Skill : Budgeting & Retail Math, Vendor Management Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Marketing IntelligenceCustomer Relationship, Negotiation Skill, English. Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta.
