Job Description

Job Description Provide first-level technical support to internal users (onsite and remote). Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Manage user accounts, email setup, and access rights in accordance with company policies. Record, track, and document help desk requests using a ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support team when necessary. Ensure IT equipment inventory is well maintained and properly documented. Support routine system updates, backups, and security measures. Provide basic user training and guidance on IT tools and systems.

Requirements Bachelorโ€™s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 year of experience in IT Support / Help Desk . Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email configuration, and basic networking (LAN/WAN). Familiar with basic troubleshooting techniques. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willing to work onsite and provide support outside office hours if required.
