About The Role As

Strategic Operations Officer , you'll be right at the intersection of governance, business development, and executive support; helping keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes. From regulatory reporting and compliance documentation to coordinating partnerships and supporting Directors on strategic initiatives, this role is perfect for someone who's highly organized, detail-driven, and eager to make a real impact in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in preparing monthly, semester, and annual regulatory reports in compliance with financial industry standards. ● Maintain and manage corporate documentation, compliance records, and proper archiving systems. ● Support the implementation and monitoring of internal governance policies and procedures. ● Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on cooperation agreements, invoicing, and payment tracking with partners and clients. ● Maintain partnership documentation and execution trackers to ensure smooth business development operations. ● Assist Directors in preparing reports, presentations, and internal memos for strategic and operational purposes. ● Track and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives and action items across relevant teams. ● Coordinate with AdaKami Group on operational alignment and provide structured administrative support as needed.

Key Requirements: ●

Bachelor's Degree from any major ; background in Management, Business, Law, Accounting, or Finance is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. ● Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with high attention to detail and a commitment to documentation accuracy. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; basic understanding of corporate governance or financial regulation is a plus. ● Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. ● Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
