Junior Logistic Executive

Responsibilities

Monitor delivery performance review as per SLA promise

Monitor vendor logistics partners performances as SLA agreed

Support for continuing Improvements plan

Build & maintain constant communication & good relationships with stakeholders (management, staff, and vendors) to ensure proper operations of the organization

Support for handling ops issues / complaint related delivery

Provide & receive feedback in a good manner

Support for financial activities related

Requirements

Minimum a high school (SMA/SMK) graduate of any major or Have a Diploma or higher degree in any field of study.

Honest, strong integrity value and good attitude to connect with others

Possess a strong sense of integrity and a positive attitude towards others.

Self-driven, highly intuitive, and a team player with a results-oriented mindset.

Have 1 year of experience in related field

Excellent communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Eager to learn and capable of working in flexible working hours.

Willing to work in SIRCLO’s Jabodetabek warehouse
