Senior Property Manager (Mixed-Use Development)

Senior Property Manager (Mixed-Use Development) Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, service charge allocation, billing/collections, and variance analysis.

Lead on‑site teams across multiple disciplines (engineering, security, housekeeping, tenant relations), ensuring high service levels and operational excellence.

Manage retail and residential operations—including tenant mix strategy, renewal negotiations, mall activation/events, and community engagement.

Oversee facilities management, CAPEX projects, preventive & corrective maintenance, inspections, and compliance with safety codes and statutory regulations.

Serve as the primary liaison for owners and investors, providing strategic insights, performance reporting, and recommendations to enhance asset value.

About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 8–12 years of property management experience, with proven exposure to residential/apartment buildings, mixed‑use, retail malls, or large multi‑building developments.

Strong financial acumen: budgeting, P&L responsibility, cost optimization, and contract negotiation.

Experience managing cross‑functional teams and multiple vendors at scale and having strong understanding of building operations, retail/residential tenant management, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
