Overview CKU is looking for a visionary

Chief Project Technolgy

to lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of our corporate technology systems. In this role, you will be the ultimate authority ensuring our digital products and infrastructure are built to be scalable, stable, and perfectly aligned with our business trajectory. You will serve as the vital link between business ambitions and engineering execution, ensuring world-class delivery and system quality.

Key Responsibilities 1. System Architecture & Strategy Architect high-level and low-level system designs to ensure technical excellence. Analyze complex business needs to define comprehensive system requirements. Establish system structures that are both scalable and maintainable for long-term success. Proactively identify technical risks and engineer superior solutions.

2. Business Innovation & Product Alignment Translate intricate business flows into high-performing technological solutions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive product development and innovation. Ensure all systems directly support operational efficiency and aggressive business growth. Provide expert recommendations on the right technologies to meet evolving product needs.

3. Project & Infrastructure Governance Govern the technology project portfolio from initial planning through to final deployment. Ensure all projects meet strict timelines and strategic targets. Masterfully manage tasks, milestones, and team delivery. Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to maintain project velocity. Design and manage robust system infrastructure, whether cloud-based or on-premise. Guarantee environment stability, reliability, and production readiness.

4. Security, Scalability & Leadership Oversee network architecture and implement rigorous system security protocols. Manage system access, authentication, and security best practices. Design systems capable of handling massive growth in users and transactions. Optimize system performance and manage infrastructure scaling. Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a productive and effective work culture.
