Identify performance gaps and support Boutique Managers in creating data-driven action plans. Provide regular retail performance insights and recommendations. Ensure effective management of the client journey (first purchase to loyal client). Monitor CRM and clienteling tool usage. Strengthen top-client engagement and retention strategies. Coach Boutique Managers on leadership, sales, and clienteling. Support talent identification and succession planning. Encourage continuous team development within boutiques. Review Mystery Shopper and NPS results and drive follow‑up actions. Ensure consistent execution of brand and retail standards. Act as liaison between boutiques and head office. Prepare performance reports and ensure alignment with retail strategy. What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, Psychology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, sales performance, or client development (luxury retail preferred). Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights. Proficient in CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets. Solid understanding of luxury clienteling and customer journey.
