Finance Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager

Overview

Responsible for strategic planning, implementing, monitoring and controlling the company’s finances. Analysis and monitoring the company assets. Planning and monitoring all finance, accounting and tax activities. Controlling income, cash flow, expenditure and managing budgets. Analyze company cost and provide solutions to reduce company cost. Responsible for project costing and controller. Producing long-term business plans. Coordinate and facilitate corporate budgeting which will become a reference in the Company’s Business Plan. Coordinating and controlling the implementation of recording financial transactions until the issuance of financial statements. Handle/familiar tax compliance PPH art 21, 4(2), 23. Handle Corporate Income Tax. Familiar with third party (tax consulting team to ensure proper filings and tax compliance also company lawyer). Qualifications

Minimal Degree in Economic, Finance/Accounting/Banking. Minimal 10 years working experience in related position or having experience on Property company will be a plus point. Have experience working in a public accounting firm minimum 3 years is a plus. Experience with ERP & Accurate/ Easy6 system is a must. Certified Brevet A & B is preferred. Ability to work independently and with professional discretion. Meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organizational and time management skills. Strong knowledge in financial statement, accounting reporting, cost accounting, tax and fund management. Excellent computing, interpersonal, team working and (written/verbal) communication. Able to speak Mandarin, preferably can read and write as well. Company & Locations
