Qualifications
Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts / Food Production or related field
Minimum 2 years in the same position
Strong technical expertise in international and local cuisine, with advanced plating and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities in high volume operations
Skilled in managing kitchen documentation, shift schedules, prepare kitchen reports, and food cost calculations
Capable of training, mentoring, and evaluation kitchen staff performance
