Staff Engineering

Responsibilities Manage and supervise all the sewing machines in the factory.

Machine/Attachment & LEGO standardization to reduce spare parts inventory and minimize machine change over time.

Standardization of machine settings to minimize the deviations in machine setting time.

Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to discuss machine-related issues and facilitate fact-based real-time problem solving by using problem solving tools to ensure smooth functioning of production.

Conduct training sessions to bridge the identified skill gap of mechanics in order to have a strong pool of mechanics.

Conduct planned maintenance process & autonomous maintenance process to ensure all machines are serviced in a timely & comprehensive manner at regular intervals and maintaining records for further analysis.

Ensure optimum utilization of resources (mechanics/machinery/spares) to carry out smooth production process.

Ensure all sewing/non-sewing machinery aligns with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).

Ability to manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively with the team.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Prior experience in Engineering is an advantage.

Able to operate MS Office, SAP, and other relevant systems.
