Technical Process Assistant Manager

Supervise the daily technical operations of processing equipment such as mixers, cookers, extruders, and forming machines. Monitor machine efficiency, analyze performance data, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime. Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all processing machinery. Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure machinery operates in compliance with product specifications and safety standards. Assist in installation, commissioning, and modification of new processing equipment or systems. Maintain technical documentation including SOPs, machine manuals, maintenance records, and change history. Coordinate technical training for operators and technicians to improve machine handling and first-level maintenance skills. Identify and lead improvement initiatives to increase machine uptime, efficiency, and energy optimization. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role handling food or manufacturing processing machines. Strong knowledge of processing equipment operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Familiarity with TPM, OEE, and other continuous improvement tools is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
