We are hiring for Executive Chef at the 1O1 Jakarta Airport CBC.

Qualifications

Experience of minimum 3 years in a similar position at 4/5 star hotels

Graduated from university majoring in Culinary Art

Fluent in English or other languages, both spoken and written

Leadership skills, teamwork, and communication skills

Proactive, highly-motivated, pleasant personality

Expert in western food; Fine Dining experience is an advantage

Budgeting skills to control costs

Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends

Excellent networking and communication skills

Proven ability to attain targets in financials, guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and standards compliance

Strong leadership with strengths in quality production and innovative style

Proven ability to achieve fiscal targets through inventory control logistics

Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
