Job Description
Supervise daily operations of assigned coffee shop outlets to ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, service standards, and product quality.
Conduct routine outlet visits to evaluate cleanliness, team performance, customer experience, and operational readiness.
Train and onboard new baristas and crew members according to company standards and operational procedures.
Assist the Operations Manager in new store openings, including staffing plans, preโopening training, operational setup, and documentation.
Support the implementation of improvement projects such as layout standardization, operational system upgrades, and process optimization.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and operational supplies across outlets, coordinating with related teams to ensure daily readiness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Leader or at least 1 year of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a coffeeshop or restaurant.
Strong understanding of outlet operations, team management, and service quality.
Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple teams across outlets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Willing to travel for routine outlet visits and new store openings.
Work Schedule
6 working days per week with 1 day off.
