Ulaman Eco Luxury Retreat, we are hiring for the position of Sales & Events Executive - MICE

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, event planning, hospitality, or a related field Proven ability to build networks and close sales deals effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and event management tools Experience with online distribution systems (e.g., OTAs, B2B, Channel Managers) is a plus Passionate about weddings and social events, with a sharp eye for detail and guest experience
