Requirements 5-7 years of experience in sales Proven background working with 4PL & 3PL international logistics companies Experience in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels is highly advantageous A self-motivated, result-oriented individual passionate about sourcing new business Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Proactive, resourceful, able to work independently or in groups Strong networker and relationship builder, goal-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments Competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems Good analytical skills for market mapping Key Result Areas Revenue/volume achievement Weekly activities and pipeline management Sales force completion Customer retention rate Major Activities Achieving sales targets Fulfilling activities assigned to the sales team Shipper acquisition and growth Shipper retention Seniority level
