Learning & Culture Staff

Create and regularly update training materials that align with the company's employee competency development needs, covering both soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership).

Plan and carry out internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities in line with company goals and competency standards.

Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops to support individual and team development across all levels of the organization.

Compile reports on training outcomes, progress, and provide recommendations for future program improvements.

Assist in conducting induction programs for new hires to ensure they understand the company’s culture, policies, and work environment.

Help organize employee engagement programs, cultural events, and internal campaigns.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major.

Minimum 2 years of experience in training implementation or as a person in charge of training in a Retail/F&B company.

Proven experience in developing and creating training materials.

Experience as a Trainer (mandatory).

Good understanding of administrative processes and filing systems.

Able to input and monitor training data in a structured and systematic manner.

Experienced in creating training reports and maintaining training documentation.

Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.

Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Disciplined and responsible in carrying out duties.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Willing to be Placed in Pluit Jakarta Utara.
