Job Title Administrative Officer / Administrative Assistant (with Translation Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative affairs and office management.

Assist with document organization, meeting arrangements, and external communications.

Provide Chinese / English / Indonesian translation support for internal and external matters.

Assist shareholders and management with daily coordination tasks.

Qualifications

Proficient in Chinese, English, and Indonesian (written and spoken).

Strong communication and execution skills.

Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Prior experience in administration or translation is preferred.
