Fashion Store Manager Requirements

25-35 years old

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store management

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail/POS systems

Willing to work on weekends or public holidays as required

Based in Yogyakarta

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily store operations to achieve sales targets

Manage and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively

Willing to undergo training in other cities and be assigned to any store location
