Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT Kahar Duta Sarana. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our valued clients. What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, leveraging your strong networking skills and industry expertise

Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, negotiations and pitches to secure new business deals

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market dynamics to identify new opportunities

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the specified industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, target-driven and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Proactive, customer-centric mindset with a keen focus on achieving results

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales executive and proven experience in B2B and Retail sales, preferably in the Label and IT Solution industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and proficient in English, both spoken and written

Have a private vehicle and an active driving license (C/A) as a requirement for work mobility
