Who We Are Looking For Internet believers, early adopters, and most importantly – people who thrive in a fast-moving, result-oriented, and dynamic startup company culture. Responsibilities Managing pfSense router and Unifi Wi-Fi APs. Installing and configuring computer hardware and software. Managing Google Apps profiles and accounts. Managing Google Drive file-sharing service. Managing Chromecast, projectors, and network printers. Managing VoIP Systems and Softphones. Handling IT onboarding of new employees / offboarding old employees. Troubleshooting system and network problems Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Maintaining IT assets and software licenses. Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications 1-2 years of related experience Required undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Undergraduate GPA 3.0 or higher Good English, speaking and writing Experience with VoIP systems Networking knowledge (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Layer3 Switch, VPN) Experience with managing Google Workplace administrator Experience with JIRA ticket systems Experience with JIRA products such as Jira software, Jira service management, and Jira Confluence. Experience with system monitoring is a plus Experience with pfSense, Cisco, or Ruckus is a plus
