Job Description What you will be doing: Integrate various learning approaches across the organization Develop and deliver training seminars, online courses, and other educational materials Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment. Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning, open communication channels, and mentoring Maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to understand their training needs

Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience within similar role as Learning and Development Officer/Spv Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English Confident in speaking and writing, with the ability to present to large groups Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded Confident in using e-learning tools and platforms
