National Sales & Marketing Manager (Modern Trade)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies for vitamin-based health drinks.
Lead and manage sales & marketing teams across regions.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (modern trade, general trade, pharmacies, e-commerce platforms).
Drive sales growth, market share expansion, and brand penetration.
Conduct market research on consumer health trends and competitor activities.
Design integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, sampling programs).
Provide training, motivation, and performance evaluation for regional teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Pharmacy (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, with proven success in health beverage or vitamin product categories.
Strong track record in achieving national sales targets and expanding market presence.
Understanding of FMCG distribution channels and healthcare product regulations is advantageous.
Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently and manage nationwide operations.
