BUDGET:

between IDR 1.8B - 3B annual base salary (gross) + bonuses **Salary is flexible if your expectations are higher than 3B**

HIGH LEVEL DETAILS: Must have

a stable work history (not jumping around every few years) Must speak

fluent English (a work visa is provided if needed) Lead a team of 7-12 direct reports so you must have strong leadership skills Must have

a strong manufacturing background (i.e. GMP, Lean Mfg/Six Sigma) + understands product development + oversee various functions (i.e. Mfg, Quality, SCM etc) + cost reduction projects Must have

a strong desire to solve issues within the factory Regional stakeholder management Must have

>15 years of relevant experience Industries:

ideally comes from either FMCG/personal care, beauty/cosmetics, manufacturing (i.e. B2B) SOFT SKILLS:

Western mentality/mindset, proactive/takes initiative, hands-on, strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder mgmt at all levels, open-minded, able to build positive relationships, gets things done, strategic mindset, results-oriented, enjoys being a coach/mentor
