Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Employment Advisory
Advise clients on Indonesian corporate and employment laws, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce management, employment contracts, termination, and dispute resolution.
Legal Due Diligence (LDD)
Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
Identify risks and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Drafting & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including employment agreements, corporate contracts, and internal policies.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
Client Engagement & Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to multinational clients, delivering practical and business-oriented legal solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely responses to inquiries.
Regulatory & Compliance
Monitor changes in employment and corporate regulations and advise clients on implications.
Assist in implementing compliance programs and internal governance frameworks.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Work closely with partners and other associates to deliver high-quality legal services.
Contribute to internal knowledge development and training initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Requirements
Education & Qualification
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent from a reputable university.
Licensed to practice law in Indonesia (Advokat license preferred).
Experience
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
Proven track record in employment law, corporate advisory, and legal due diligence for transactions.
Experience handling multinational clients and cross-border matters is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, for drafting and client communication.
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Personal Attributes

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
