Manage daily commercial operations with a strong focus on

customer service

excellence and timely delivery. Lead and develop teams to improve service quality,

warehouse performance , and logistics efficiency. Optimize

end-to-end supply chain and order fulfilment processes

to enhance productivity and accuracy. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service reliability and responsiveness to needs. Control operational budgets, logistics costs, and support financial planning initiatives. Develop and implement supply chain strategies, providing regular performance insights and improvements. Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety policies, and logistics-related regulations. Oversee vendor and transportation management

to secure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply flow. The Successful Applicant

Experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service. Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Proven ability to set up or improve SOPs. Proactive, and results-driven leadership style. Familiar with ERP systems and able to support Oracle adoption. What's on Offer
