Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in software development - Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Software Engineer - Strong hands-on expertise in system architecture, backend/frontend development, and APIs - Experience leading and mentoring development teams - Ability to make technical decisions and guide best practices - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
