Corporate Sales Executive

Lead Generation : Identify, map, and develop potential partnerships with private companies, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), government institutions, and professional communities to generate high-quality corporate leads.

Strategic Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling corporate sales proposals and partnership presentations tailored to collective purchasing and strategic collaboration opportunities.

Sales Execution : Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial engagement and customized scheme negotiation to successful closing of bulk and corporate transactions.

Exhibition & Events : Plan and execute exhibitions, corporate roadshows, and product knowledge sessions within partner office areas to maximize exposure and conversion opportunities.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Relations, Institutional Banking, or Real Estate Development, preferably within residential property projects.

Strong and active corporate network across various industries, with the ability to open doors and build high-value business relationships.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.

Professional appearance and persuasive communication skills, confident in engaging corporate clients and senior stakeholders.

Solid understanding of property investment and banking mechanisms, including mortgage (KPR) processes.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment to achieve and exceed bulk sales goals.
