Requirements Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience as General Manager Result oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptive, and innovative approach to operational management Strong in financial management and business development perspective Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal communication skills Passionate in people development, and ability to lead the team in delivering excellent service Fluent in English communication both spoken & written Having experiences in pre-opening hotel team would be an advantage
