Requirements

Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort Has knowledge in HACCP Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's Degree is desirable Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks Familiarity with sanitation regulations
