Shipping Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive to join our logistics team.

As a Shipping Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the shipping process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Your expertise in logistics operations, documentation, and communication will be vital in maintaining smooth shipping operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Liases with customers regarding their shipment.

Executes Export Customs Permit Declaration using TradeNet system.

Ensures on time delivery by coordinating with the freight forwarders and haulers.

Responsible for ensuring complete shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airwaybill and Custom Forms.

Monitors the shipment and updates the customer on the status.

Perform other ad hoc duties related to shipping.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree from any fields.

Minimums have 1-year experiences in Shipping

Knowledge of custom documentation, shipping, and logistics.

Able to work under pressure.

Meticulous, attention to details, organized, good communication skills.

Able to communicate in English.

Willing to work in Bintan
