Route Planning Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Oversee the execution of daily routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Monitor vehicle allocation and resolve routing issues in real‑time to minimize disruptions.

Gather and analyze data related to route performance, including delivery times, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on route performance and provide recommendations for route adjustments or optimizations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Act as a liaison between field teams and management to address routing challenges and ensure smooth coordination during daily operations.

Support the creation of new routes and modifications to existing ones to enhance delivery speed, vehicle utilization, and overall cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (prefer operational based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field).

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

High‑level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Fluent in Mandarin.

Able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
