Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities. The role focuses on providing accurate financial insights, performance analysis, and forward-looking forecasts to support management decision-making and business performance monitoring across business units.

Job Description

Support the preparation and coordination of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Strategic Business Plan (SBP), including financial assumptions, projections, and scenario analysis.

Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, including monthly forecasting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis against budget and prior periods, and performance trend analysis.

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations covering financial and key operational KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, business performance evaluation, and investment analysis.

Monitor budget utilization and cost control, analyze variances, and provide clear explanations and recommendations to management.

Support the evaluation of capital expenditure proposals and strategic initiatives, including financial feasibility and return analysis.

Coordinate with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure consistency of financial data, assumptions, and reporting standards.

Assist in enhancing planning processes, reporting frameworks, and internal control practices within the corporate planning function.

May supervise analysts or junior staff, review work outputs, and provide guidance on planning and reporting tasks.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA/Finance) is an advantage.

3-5 years of experience in corporate planning, FP&A, budgeting, or financial analysis.

Has a professional background in corporate planning and/or the securities industry

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Experience in preparing management reports and supporting cross-functional or multi-entity planning processes.

Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Prior experience supervising junior staff is an advantage
