Corporate Finance Sr. Associate

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a clear investor relations strategy to keep investors informed and engaged.

Monitor investor satisfaction and provide regular reports.

Oversee equity and debt fundraising, including data management, investor meetings, and documentation.

Maintain an optimal shareholder mix through targeted initiatives.

Track company performance and communicate updates to investors.

Prepare financial reports, presentations, and press releases for investors and industry events.

Conduct monthly Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis to assess financial performance.

Analyze market trends and competitor data to provide insights.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial partners.

Perform financial modeling and scenario simulations to support strategic planning.

Lead initial steps of financial projects, coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, or financial analysis.

Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Experience with fundraising processes and investor relations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
