Piano Teacher

As a Music Teacher at Sparks Music, you will inspire and guide students through fun, structured, and progressive music learning journeys. You will teach private and/or group lessons while helping deliver Sparks’ unique Adventure-Based Learning experience for children.

Location (On-site) Cibubur (Urgent Hiring), Taman Palem, Harapan Indah, Sunter

Responsibilities

Teach engaging private and/or group music lessons based on Sparks Music curriculum

Adapt teaching methods to suit students’ learning pace and personality

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents

Prepare students for recitals, exams, and internal performances

Support showcases and student evaluation events

Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and fellow teachers

Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Music OR Have International Music Certification (ABRSM, Trinity, Rockschool, or equivalent)

Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience (music school or private)

Experience teaching children aged 4–15 is an advantage

Passionate about teaching children and teenagers

Strong communication skills, flexible, and proactive

Ability to work on weekends
