Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and potential clients Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs Present Suova’s services professionally and recommend appropriate digital and software solutions Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs tailored to client requirements Negotiate project scope, pricing, and commercial terms with clients Manage consistent follow-ups and drive opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and emerging opportunities Achieve monthly KPI such as lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets in alignment with company goals

Qualifications Proven 2 or more years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or software development industry Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders Demonstrated confidence in managing and handling B2B clients across various industries Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Solid understanding of digital and technical solutions, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, ERP, and CMS platforms Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to conduct professional business communication Experience in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines is considered an advantage

Preferred (Nilai Tambah) Experience in the technology, digital, software, or consulting industry Possesses an existing client database or strong professional network Experience in handling B2B corporate clients Solid understanding of the sales pipeline and closing process
