Business Process Improvement Specialist โ CRM & Retail Systems
We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Specialist to enhance and optimize our end-to-end retail operational systems. The role focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and improving existing platforms such as POS systems, CRM membership, ERP, and inventory management to ensure seamless operational effectiveness.
You will collaborate with multiple departmentsโincluding SBU, Finance & Accounting, and Procurementโwith primary coordination alongside the SBU team to support retail system needs and implement system improvements. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system enhancements.
Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and improve current retail operational systems (POS, CRM membership, ERP, inventory management).
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across retail workflows.
Develop recommendations and implement enhancements to optimize CRM and retail system functionality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SBU, Finance & Accounting, Procurement) to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Work closely with SBU as the main partner to support retail system operations and issue resolution.
Prepare documentation, flowcharts, and improvement reports for management review.
Support system testing, UAT, and deployment of new features or process enhancements.
Monitor system performance and ensure continuous improvement.
