Event Activation Specialist

About the role We are seeking an experienced Event Activation Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Promotion team at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK'. In this full-time position based in Karawaci, Banten, you will be responsible for executing engaging and impactful events and activations that support the company's marketing and branding initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize and deliver innovative event strategies and activations.

Overseeing the end‑to‑end planning and implementation of events, from budgeting and logistics to vendor management and on‑site execution.

Ensuring events align with the company’s brand identity and key messaging.

Analyzing event performance and providing recommendations to continuously improve the event experience.

Staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to elevate our event offerings.

Contributing to the development of the company’s overall event and activation calendar.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of successfully executing engaging events and activations.

Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Creativity and a keen eye for detail to conceptualize and deliver memorable event experiences.

Proficiency in event‑related software and tools.

A passion for the event industry and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
