Role Description This full-time on-site role in Ko Phangan is for a Senior Performance Copywriter. The role involves creating high-quality copy for various mediums, drafting press releases, proofreading content, and contributing to marketing campaigns. The Senior Performance Copywriter will collaborate with the communication and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with the organization’s values and resonates with its diverse global audience. Responsibilities also include maintaining the authenticity and engaging voice of the brand across all written communications.

Qualifications • Minimum 3+ years of professional copywriting experience • Direct experience in marketing, sales, or performance campaigns • Strong understanding of sales psychology and conversion principles • Yoga knowledge required (YTT preferred) • Ability to write with both spiritual depth and commercial clarity • Experience reviewing performance metrics and optimizing accordingly • Ability to take feedback and elevate assignments beyond expectations
