As a

Clinical Application Specialist

for

Dialysis

at B. Braun you will play a vital role in providing hands‑on clinical training at customer sites and online, mainly to Healthcare Professionals in hospitals, to improve the clinical performance of Hemodialysis products. You will actively support the customers, the business, and the Product Management and Service teams in everything related to product responsibility, acting as a recognized expert and making an important impact by helping all customers become more successful and knowledgeable.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute training programs for internal and external customers, related to product responsibility.

Apply products to meet the specific needs of customers by coordinating with Business and Product Management to maximize clinical performance.

Deliver demonstrations, presentations, courses, workshops, and talks to support business and improve customer knowledge level.

Participate in the development of new functionalities, settings, and protocols to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

Collect and evaluate clinical data to assist the organization in business processes.

Plan in‑service and education/training monthly schedules in collaboration with Business and Product Teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a hemodialysis nurse.

Certificate in dialysis training.

Strong presentation, communication, and English skills; computer literate (MS Office and digital tools).

Required to travel frequently to client sites.
