Business System Manager - SAP FICO

Job Purpose: Ensuring that the Business System at ABM Group is designed, developed, and runs well based on business needs by providing advice, supervising design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, maintenance, and support for new or existing system functions. Key Responsibilities : Enterprise Resource Planning Develop in-depth knowledge of the system, especially in Finance & Controlling module. Coordinating system customization with BPI functions in accordance with business needs Overseeing the support process and system performance provided Ensuring the consultant team understands the business needs/requirements of ABM Group Ensuring the solutions provided by the consultant team meet user needs and standards Overseeing and approving User Access Management, including the creation of roles and user profiles Translate the business requirements from end-users (mostly related to Financial) into technical specifications. Managing the project related to technical ERP development or upgrade whenever it is necessary. Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Accounting, with 10–12 years of experience in business systems development and at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Extensive experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including system design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of ERP (SAP) or integrated enterprise systems. Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and provide expert advice on system modifications or new functional developments. Strong track record in supervising large-scale system installations and overseeing detailed technical documentation to ensure operational reliability. Exceptional leadership skills to support and collaborate with various business units, ensuring systems remain aligned with the Group's evolving requirements. Strong SAP Finance & Controlling – and other SAP modules related to SAP FICO such as SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC , SAC (minimum as team leader or SAP FICO Manager) – more than 5 years experience
