Job Description

Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data, attendance logs, and registration documents. Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in—providing accurate program and schedule information. Process student registration, payments, and receipts in compliance with SOPs. Support scheduling by coordinating class timetables, tutor availability, and room usage. Prepare monthly administrative and operational reports for the Branch Head. Handle procurement of branch supplies (stationery, teaching materials, refreshments) Assist in planning and executing branch events, workshops, or promotional activities. Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students, ensuring professional customer service. Coordinate with HQ teams to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional customer service ability. Problem-solving skills and initiative to support branch operations. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
