Supervisor KOL Strategist

Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital strategy, preferably within beauty and/or fragrance categories. Proven track record of planning and executing KOL strategies that drive awareness, desirability, and conversion. Hands-on experience managing both always-on and campaign-based activations. Experience supervising or mentoring a small team of strategists

Strong strategic thinking skills; able to translate insights into clear, actionable plans that balance virality, credibility, and brand desirability. Creative thinker who can identify fresh angles and ideas that elevate brand storytelling. Strong awareness of social trends and content formats driving brand and product discovery across platforms. Strong familiarity with creator segments across the beauty and/or fragrance landscape. Skilled in influencer tiering, segmentation, and KPI setting. Proficient in using KOL management and analytics platforms for data-driven decision-making. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. Organized, analytical, and adaptable to fast-changing social media and beauty trends. Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with creators and talent agencies. Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product teams. Empathetic and structured leader who can guide and develop team members
