Job Descriptions:
Gather Strategic and BAU initiatives proposals from business users as part of annual business planning process
Align initiative requirement with business users, conduct workshops with stakeholders as relevant
Provide proposal of prioritized Strategic and BAU initiatives to aid management decision making
Work with Finance team to align project budget requirement with business plan
Work with Group Office on Strategic initiatives prioritization process
Work with stakeholders to monitor utilization of project budget
Re-forecast project budget as part of rebased and quarterly business forecasting process
Work with project owners and managers to gather information on monthly project progress and benefit realization
Document project progress and prepare monthly portfolio performance report for Group Office
Prepare materials for project council with Exco members
Identify opportunities for improvement in process and governance
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related field
Experience in project managementt, PMO or portfolio management
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word)
Understanding of strategic planning and enterprise project governance.
Financial acumen for budget and benefit tracking.
Strong analytical and organizational skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and commitment to continuous learning/process improvement.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
