Accounting & Tax

Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Tax Specialist to join our growing team in the data center industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and overseeing all tax-related matters in compliance with Indonesian regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and provide strategic insights to management.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.

Manage general ledger operations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Handle corporate tax compliance, including monthly and annual tax filings (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/26/29).

Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor changes in local tax regulations and ensure timely compliance.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Ensure proper documentation and internal controls related to accounting and tax processes.

Assist in improving financial processes and implementing best practices within the finance team.

Job Requirements

BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles, preferably ex-Big 4 (audit or tax).

Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.

Experience in working with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams.

Experience in the data center, technology, or infrastructure industry is a plus.
