The CEO Office will contribute to high-impact projects, and gain a broad understanding of company operations, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks supporting the executive team in decision-making, strategic planning, communication, and execution.

Supporting our senior management in managing strategic projects (turnaround, monetization, etc.). Coordinating with cross-discipline teams to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor performance of relevant stakeholder and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare CEO-level materials: board decks, investor updates, and strategic memos.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Management from Reputable Universities.
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy.
Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), Power Point, and Word.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive.
