Product Owner Senior Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes across functions to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

Document and map end-to-end business workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.

Translate business processes into system flows and functional requirements that guide development and configuration.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure the system design reflects business intent.

Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with strategic goals.

Facilitate requirement workshops, user story grooming, and sprint planning sessions.

Support UAT and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features or process improvements.

Continuously assess the impact of product changes on upstream and downstream processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Process Consultant in a technology-driven environment. People with Retail background would be given a preference.

Strong knowledge of process mapping, business analysis, and system design principles.

Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable user stories.

Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.

Proficiency in BPMN tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) and requirements tracking tools (JIRA,Confluence).

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to ERP, CRM, or Retail system landscapes.

Background in data-driven process improvement or digital transformation projects.

Certification in BPMN is an added advantage
