Job Description
Role Purpose
The Marcomm Manager will be responsible for driving
brand positioning, marketing communications, and sales-support marketing
for CHJRED’s flagship integrated township development,
Daan Mogot City .
This role sits at the intersection of
brand, commercial execution, and project delivery , translating business strategy, project milestones, and product value into clear, compelling market communication that supports
residential sales, leasing, partnerships, and long-term brand building .
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Strategic Communications
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and project lifecycle.
Strengthen and consistently articulate the positioning of
Daan Mogot City
as a large-scale, mixed-use township development.
Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all online, offline, and on-site materials.
Design and deliver marketing campaigns that
directly support residential sales, leasing, and commercial activation .
Work closely with sales and leasing teams to develop sales tools including pitch decks, brochures, showroom materials, launch campaigns, and buyer-facing content.
Support key milestones such as project launches, sales phases, leasing drives, and special promotional campaigns.
3. Content, Digital & Media Management
Oversee content strategy across digital platforms, social media, website, and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on digital marketing, PR, media placement, and creative production.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize messaging and channels based on effectiveness and business impact.
4. Events, Activations & Partnerships
Plan and execute marketing events, project activations, and brand experiences that enhance visibility, foot traffic, and market perception.
Support collaboration with partners, tenants, corporate clients, and institutional stakeholders through tailored communication and co-marketing initiatives.
5. Project & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a key coordination point between management, sales, leasing, consultants, and agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and external vendors with a strong sense of accountability and delivery discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
Minimum
5 years
of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within
property development, real estate, hospitality, mixed-use developments, or large-scale commercial projects .
Strong understanding of
sales-driven marketing , project-based execution, and campaign planning tied to commercial outcomes.
Proven experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Solid command of digital marketing, content strategy, and integrated campaigns.
Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Hands‑on, structured, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
