Product Development Supervisor

About the role Asaba Group is currently developing a new product branded Agatis since 2021. We are developing the stationery products with various types. As a Product Development Supervisor at Asaba Group, you will develop new products that attract customers. Based in our Jakarta office, this full‑time position will see you collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch.

Oversee the design, packaging, and concepting of new packaging for a product.

Research new products (Art, Office and School products) and new suppliers.

Conduct product sample testing and measure product quality.

Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans.

Monitor product performance metrics and make data‑driven recommendations to optimize products.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product strategies.

What we're looking for

Minimum: Bachelor Degree in any major (preferred: Management, Marketing, Economics).

Minimum: 3 years experience in Product Management, Product Development Supervisor, or Product Development.

Experience in the stationery business, office and school products, retail or FMCG.

Excellent problem‑solving, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, user experience design, accuracy, and data analysis.

Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Placement in Central Jakarta.
