Finance Accounting Tax Manager

is a holding company with diverse business portfolios across several industries. The position will be placed in one of our subsidiaries engaged in

trucking services

and

shipping management , overseeing the end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Responsibilities

Manage financial operations, cash flow, and ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions.

In charge of the audit process and finalization of the audited financial reports.

Oversee all tax‑related activities, including daily accounting, preparing tax returns, ensuring timely payment of taxes, and complying with regulations.

Supervise and guide the finance, accounting, and tax team and provide support for daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Formulate and execute financial strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.

7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Industry background from trucking services, shipping, or listed company.

In-depth understanding of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh, transfer pricing).

Company Background We are one of the few companies granted IUP OPK in three provinces: South Sumatra, South Borneo, and East Borneo. We have contractual agreements with several jetties in each area to ensure a smooth delivery process.
