Serving customers according to the needs submitted by customers Always maintain good relations with customers or partners Establish verbal (phone) and non-verbal (application) communication processes based on data, according to the set targets Qualifications

Minimum education Diploma Have experience working as Telemarketing / Telesales for at least 1 year. Have experience in the Insurance, Insurtech / Insurance Broker, and or Banking Industry Have good communication skills Able to operate Ms. Excel for data processing or reports Have a strong work spirit to achieve the targets set by the company Willing to do Working from Office arrangement at Jakarta Barat About FUSE
